This was our last day at Taiwan... (-.-)... I enjoyed this trip a lot because everybody just joking like nobody business in the group... (^.^)... They will make fun on each other but no harm to others... It went until the last day and we all still in the silly mood... I really want to thank all my group member that treated me so well during that time and it goes same with the other team... Lastly, thank you for our Lecturer Dr. Tao that always guide us before the competition (he even spent the weekend with us in our school W515 for guiding us)... It was another good memory I made in my study at Singapore Polytechnic... (^.^)...

Our third day morning was a free time so we took that opportunity to go around to the city by taking the train to 台北车站(Taipei Train Station), and 西门町(Xi Men Ding)... These two destination was the most popular for shopping in Taipei... (^.^)... It is easy to get there due to the place was located outside each train station... At the night, we were having welcome party for everyone who participating IDEERS 2011... We took a lot of pictures at that night for the performance but I only have time to post some of it... Finally I could have chance to go in to the "MERCEDES BENZ ARENA"... I felt happy until I don't know how to said it... \(>o<)/... I had never told my mom that I went to watch because I knew that she would not feel happy... At the end, she also knew it and asked me whether it was the same as we usually watched on television set... The feeling was different, they watched the matched calmly... If there was a chance to score they will stand up, if they failed then the spectators will clap only... This is the first time I saw that most of the spectators is 30years old and above... The youngster also have a lot manner... The others spectators were also very friendly, during the break he offered us chocolate like we all had already knew each other for long time... When the Vfb scored, we all shakes hand to each other and hug each other like family... This is the first time I felt like that while watching live football match... Next place to visit is one old town in Germany, Heidelberg... I like this town a lot because it is old century town... It was my 2nd Sunday in Stuttgart... We continue our journey to other place which is "MERCEDES BENZ MUSEUM"... We need to take S-Bahn to the museum.. From the exterior architecture design, I feel like it was so awesome because it looked so small but inside can hold so many kind of Benz vehicle...

Our trip is continued to the largest fashion factory in Stuttgart which is Metzingen... Before I went there, I didn't have any plan to buy anything at that time... I just followed others to see what thing to buy because I don't know the price whether how cheap will it be... Once I saw the price, the first words came out is "Oh my goodness.."... It was cheap for branded stuff such as Burberry, Timberland, Polo etc (especially the sports brand such as Nike, and friends)... My friend bought a bag pack which is around 15euro while my friend said in Singapore they sold it around S$40... If I have the chance to go there with my sister, I think I'll spent until I broke there... (^.^)... Joking... But it was cheaper than the normal price that I saw in their store in city... At the end, I bought a lot of perfume and tie from there while most of my friends bought shoes, shirt, bag etc... All the picture is taken by my friend, Bennedikt since I lazy to take out camera and I busy with my window shopping... (^.^)...

Ulm - 11 March 2011

Today trip is Albert Einstein's birthplace... I was so excited to see the big "Ulmer Münster"... I read that it was a great example of Gothic architecture and it was the tallest church in the World... I and my group tried to conquer by climbing up to the tallest part of this church... There are three stop of the church... When we arrived at the first stop, I started to feel very cold and freezing... (+_+)... Luckily, I brought a set of shawl, cap, and glove... (^.^)... Until the second stop, I started to feel amaze of the structure... We all started to take picture as memorial that we had ever conquer until that level... \(^o^)/... Once we finished take picture of it, we continued to climb to the top part of this mega-structure... The path way is very small where only one people can pass... We climbed to the top by queuing and our first people would give sign by shouting, "GOT PEOPLE WANT TO GO DOWN... THIS TIME IS BIG SIZE ONE..." or "GOT ONE PERSON GONG DOWN, IT'S A GUY AND HANDSOME..."... That was the funny moment during the journey to climb up to the top part... It made us forget about the tiredness of climbing this mega-structure... Once I reached the top part, I really had nothing to say because every single houses is so small... (O.o)...

On the way going down to the 2nd stop

Once we finished climbed up this mega-structure, we went in to the cathedral... Inside the cathedral, the situation was more amazing... Once we went inside, the air was cold like in air-con room... The interior of the cathedral was really really really AMAZING... That was the the first time I went in to this kind of cathedral before... I really amazed and started to take out my camera to snapshot every single corner that I felt amazed...

After we appreciate the old and great cathedral, we went to find places to get our lunch... On the way, we saw a lot of nice store around the cathedral; start from the yogurt, chocolate, candy and ice-cream store, until the liquor store... At the end, we found "KEBAB STORE" where the meat was chicken... "KEBAB STORE" usually sell beef or mutton, it made me could not eat it...

Once we full up our stomach, we continued our journey by searching store that sold "Albert Einstein" chocolate with his trademark the tongue... At the end, we found a nice liquor shop, from the outside it had my favourite colour which is purple... Inside the store, there was a lot of nice bottle shape...

We end our journey in Ulm by buying chocolate with the Albert Einstein picture on it... Before we left to the bahnhof, we saw something amazing which was a "huge" music box... The old guy will give a candy for anyone who give donation as a thank you...

Stuttgart Parade - 9 March 2011

It was officially the 2nd day of my officially tour trip in Germany... Today event is STUTTGART PARADE... (^.^)... It was the 1st time I watched parade since my secondary school... Their parade is different from what I've had seen before... They smiled to everyone, they played joke to each other, although we were not known each other, we could still feel the happiness... One more important thing, although we are Asian, they also treat us equally... (^0^)... The parade include the formal group, the funny group, the scary group, the "pig" group and many more... I take a lot of picture from different group so that I could share it with everyone who read my blog...

Stuttgart Band Competition - 8 March 2011

The first time, I went out at night without my family and my guardian to watch band competition in Stuttgart... \(^.^)/... The band competition was start in the evening around 5pm Germany time... When we started watching the band competition, the first 10 minutes we felt so high to take picture and enjoy the event... After 30 minutes, we all started to freeze and dancing because it could make us a bit warm up... (^o^)...

Since it's Sunday, me and some other friend went to Zoo and Botanic Garden... It's quite fun because I haven't go to my own country zoo... (~.~)... This was fun journey because we looked like walking for 2 km two-way trip... (+.+)... The reason is we haven't get out Bahn pass... During the journey to there we passed by a Rosensteinpark and Schloss Rosenstein Museum...

I'm happy to share some pictures for the first week of my trip at Stuttgart, Germany... We took midnight flight, Qantas on 4th March 2011 from Singapore to Frankfurt... My daddy was coming in the morning to help me packed my luggage to Germany... I felt happy on it... (^v^)... Another happy thing was my dad bought Canon 550D for me... He bought me 3 hours before I needed to depart to Changi Airport... (^u^)... I won't disappoint them during my trip...
